Chinese-Style Dumplings With Leek, Kui Chai

Made from rice flour and vegetables, it's a very common, so visitors to Thailand interested in street food will likely encounter it. These are usually made with leek as the vegetable, bamboo shoot and taro are popular offerings also. Usually this is a vegetarian snack.
