Handmade Fire-Roasted Cookies 'Tong Muan'

• This video filmed on location in Bangkok, Thailand. The sidewalk chef here makes from scratch delicous little hand-rolled cookies, over a hot fire in the middle of a public market. Similar to the Krumkake cookies from Scandinavia. We're still perfecting a recipe for the batter, and will get that posted here very soon. In the meantime enjoy the video!
